In 1982, as a sheet metal apprentice installing ductwork in Seattle 76-story Columbia Center, Dan was introduced to Hermanson’s commitment to all-around quality – in fabrication, installation, project management, and customer service.  Dan has taken these lessons to heart not only in his previous roles as Corporate Superintendent and as a Design-Build Project Manager, but also in his current role as leader of the Specialty Services Group (SSG).  The SSG includes Special Projects, focusing on quick-turn tenant improvement and retrofit work, our growing Service & Maintenance department, the Specialty Metals group, providing distinctive, custom-fabricated metal products, and the Energy Services Department, a State of Washington ESCO company.  As a manager, Dan’s emphasis on systems, training, and attitude have resulted in an outstanding team that successfully delivers on our client’s needs.
