Position/Technical Requirements
The purpose of this position is to increase and enhance the effectiveness of the SPD Account Executives in meeting their responsibility to serve their customers.
Provide general administrative support to the SPD Team. Perform various administrative assistant tasks to expedite and coordinate the flow of information and paper work to support SPD general functions and efforts.
Educational/Certification Requirements
High school diploma or GED, plus 2 years administrative assistant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Must possess reliable transportation and valid Washington State driver's license. Intermediate PC skills, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook required. Construction experience a s plus. Must have strong organizational skills, excellent planning, communication, and team skills. Must be able to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously with the ability to prioritize.
