After working his way up through the company as a Sheet Metal apprentice, as a Project Manager, and as Sales Manager, Rick became Hermanson’s President and lead company executive in 1998. Since that time, Rick has overseen the growth and transition of Hermanson into a comprehensive Mechanical Construction, Engineering, and Service firm and continues to champion our focus on innovation and customer service.
Since the beginning of his career with Hermanson in 1982 as a Sheet Metal apprentice, Dan has focused on delivering high quality products and services in every arena of the business. As Chief Operations Officer, Dan’s emphasis on LEAN principles, well-defined systems, continued training, and a can-do attitude have resulted in an outstanding team that delivers on our client’s needs.
A registered engineer with experience in a variety of project types, Knut brings to his clients a diversity of background and knowledge of mechanical systems and construction. This, combined with his commitment to customer service, has made Knut a leader in the industry and a highly sought after advocate for our clients.
Dean started at Hermanson pushing a broom in the shop and his career has included stints as a laborer in the field and the shop, as Shop Superintendent, and now as a Partner.Under his leadership, Hermanson has implemented significant improvements in Safety and foreman training and developed a strong, superintendent-led management system to support all mechanical trades.
Since he joined Hermanson in 2004 as a Senior Project Manager, Steve has been instrumental in the growth of Hermanson as a full-mechanical contractor, bringing particular knowledge and strength in leading large-scale, comprehensive mechanical construction efforts. In his role as Director of Project Management, Steve provides leadership, vision and direction for all project management activities.
Paul has filled many roles during his construction career – from Project Manager to Estimating Manager to his current role as a Senior Account Manager and Hermanson’s resident expert in Healthcare construction. Paul has taken on the leadership of some of Hermanson’s most complex and critical projects with great success.
Throughout his career, Ken has excelled in all phases of mechanical construction – as a Sheet Metal apprentice, as a Mechanical Engineer, and as a Project Manager. With emphasis on Design-Build construction and Sustainable Design, Ken offers comprehensive knowledge of our industry to help clients find the right solution for their particular needs.
