Hermanson provided mechanical design and construction for the shell & core and tenant improvement work on the top four floors – 48,000 s.f. of this older office building. Spaces consist primarily of office and training rooms. The existing mechanical system was revised to accommodate future retail space on the first floor. Additional scope included the renovation of the 1,000 ton building condenser water system, relocation of all outside air intakes from a low alley location to the building roof, and renovation of a 12,400 s.f. raised floor computer room on the 7th floor of the building.
