Hermanson worked closely with building designers and the entire construction team to provide pre-construction cost estimating and control, value engineering and constructablity review as the Design-Assit mechanical contractor for this new 380,000 s.f., 37-story, 325-unit apartment tower.
Designed and constructed as part of the City of Seattle's Green Street program, the building is the city's only Four-Star Certified Build Green apartment building. Aspira features street level retail and dining, underground parking, and a 17,000 s.f. "E-Level" ementies floor with fitness/yoga studio, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor terrace, and a media room with a 65" high TV.
