Hermanson competitively bid and was awarded the contract to provide full mechanical construction for this $24 million, 69,500 s.f. facility that provide specialized science spaces for Bellevue College. The facility includes dedicated science classrooms, laboratories for life sciences and chemistry, gneral purpose classrooms, small group study/break-out spaces, and office / administrative support spaces for the science programs.
Hermanson was responsible for construction of full mechanical systems - HVAC (Sheet Metal and Piping) and Plumbing utilizing our in-house staff. The project was recognized with LEED Gold certification.
