Hermanson provided full mechanical construction to convert a 3-story, 350,000 s.f. 1954 U.S. Postal Service distribution warehouse into a modern, centralized educational service center.
Providing consolidated facilities for the Seattle School District's operational and administrative functions, the Stanford Center houses 900 District employees and includes:

- Central Warehouse
- Maintenance Shops
- Central Kitchen
- Training Center
- School Board Offices
- Auditorium & Public Spaces
