Hermanson Company was responsible for complete Design-Build Mechanical construction on this new, 250,000 s.f., 8,250 seat special events center in downtown Everett. The facility includes diverse systems such two ice rinks, extensive concession areas, a museum and future retail and office space. The arena floor and open “community spaces” of the Center provide 57,000 s.f. of exhibit space.
