Hermanson Company was responsible for full mechanical construction for this 40-story, 850,000 s. f. high rise in downtown Seattle. The project site was extremely tight, necessitating extensive planning and coordination of material and equipment shipments, as well as off-hours deliveries to reduce impacts on surrounding businesses and nearby residences. Hermanson has also been responsible for major tenant improvement work within the high-rise – both design-build and plan & spec.
