Construction was completed on time for this major renovation replacing plumbing and HVAC systems throughout the historic structure. Renovations took place in phases while the structure was occupied and functional, with interruptions of daily government activities kept to a minimum. Hermanson was responsible for all aspects of mechanical construction.
