This project consisted of the phased development of Seattle University’s new Student Center. The first phase was construction of a three-story, 64,000 s.f. structure to house student services, meeting and conference facilities, the main campus cafeteria, and lounge, cafe, recreation spaces. Phase Two consisted of the remodel of a significant portion of Bellermine Residential Hall for the new International Student Center, which houses student services specific to international students and additional game room / lounge spaces.
