Hermanson was responsible for mechanical Design Build construction for this 20,000 seat outdoor concert venue. In addition to seating areas, the facility includes fifteen support buildings for mixed-use that supply restrooms, cafe's (four full kitchens), ticketing, security, management offices, VIP bars, meeting hall, and an entertainers lodge.
