Hermanson is delivering multiple tenant improvement projects at the 5 MLK building, a high-rise located in the heart of downtown Portland.

Hermanson was awarded the Pacific WRO tenant improvement, supporting the company’s move into a new 18,530-square-foot workplace and studio space. Located at the base of the Burnside Bridge, 5 MLK is one of Portland’s premier mixed-use developments, combining Class A office space, residential units, and ground-floor retail in a highly active urban setting.

Building on a Strong Partnership

These projects reflect the continued trust between Hermanson and Swinerton. By delivering consistent results and maintaining strong communication across projects, our team continues to create opportunities for repeat work and expanded scope.

As a result of that partnership, Hermanson was also awarded a second tenant improvement project in the same building for the Level 4 & 5 Spec Suites. Delivering multiple projects within the same building demonstrates the confidence our partners place in our team while allowing for coordinated planning and execution across both scopes.
