Jason is a seasoned construction finance executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience at Hermanson Company. In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Jason is responsible for driving financial strategy, executing repeatable business processes, and ensuring strong organizational performance across all business units. He oversees Hermanson’s financial health by monitoring results, guiding profit and loss accountability, and implementing efficiencies that support long-term growth.

Jason partners closely with executive leadership to shape company strategy, evaluate financial opportunities, and manage risk through proactive planning and sound fiscal management. He develops and maintains strong relationships with banking partners, surety companies, law firms, CPA professionals, and other key financial stakeholders, ensuring Hermanson has the resources and stability needed to achieve its ongoing financial objectives.
