He develops project goals, monitors performance, and ensures projects stay on track. Rick is responsible for preparing and reviewing estimates, cost proposals, contracts, equipment procurement, and budget tracking. He also manages schedules across pre-construction, construction, and commissioning, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and successfully.
