Starting in 2025, Hermanson is honored to commit to a five-year annual donation in support of Central Washington University’s (CWU) Construction Management Program. This pledge reflects Hermanson’s ongoing efforts to support the development of future leaders in the construction industry.

With a strong track record of producing top-performing graduates who thrive in the local industry, the program offers classes focused on providing a hands-on experience, giving students unique exposure to all aspects of construction. The program is also focused on offering accessible education, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to develop and succeed in the construction industry.

“We are thrilled to partner with Hermanson Company in supporting the Construction Management Program at CWU,” said Dr. Sathy Rajendran, Dean of the College of Education & Professional Studies at CWU.”

“This generous investment not only supports an endowed professorship but also strengthens our commitment to developing future leaders in the construction industry. Together, we are laying the foundation for growth and long-term sustainability, ensuring that our students receive the highest quality education and the skills needed to thrive in a competitive construction industry marketplace.”

Rick Hermanson, CEO of Hermanson Company, added, “We are excited to support CWU's commitment and passion to help shape and grow the next generation of leaders in the construction industry.”

Through this partnership, Hermanson continues to invest in educational pathways that shape the future of construction.
