The Snoqualmie Valley Health HUB is a new construction medical office and outpatient care facility designed to expand access to healthcare while serving as a welcoming center for community wellness. The 90,000‑square‑foot, four‑story building consolidates primary care, specialty services, surgery, imaging, and support spaces within a flexible, modern healthcare environment.
The HUB emphasizes close coordination from design through construction, supporting integrated systems and long‑term operational performance. The project is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in late 2026.
Mechanical Scope for a Complex Healthcare Environment
Hermanson is providing the full mechanical scope for this institutional healthcare facility. The Critical Environments Group is supporting a wide range of clinical, surgical, and public‑facing spaces, all designed to balance performance, adaptability, and patient comfort in a highly regulated healthcare setting.
The building’s mechanical systems are designed to support current outpatient needs while allowing flexibility for future growth as Snoqualmie Valley Health continues to expand services and staffing over the coming years.
Early Decisions That Shaped the Project
Hermanson partnered closely with the design team early in the award phase to advance key decisions while maintaining flexibility in an evolving design. One of the most influential early efforts focused on developing and issuing a detailed mechanical equipment RFP while the design was still progressing.
With these early efforts, the project team was able to lock in critical components while preserving adaptability in the overall system layout. At the height of tariff impacts, this early procurement strategy helped the project avoid escalating costs and delivered meaningful savings on mechanical equipment, while preserving long‑term value and adaptability.
Expanding Access to Care in the Snoqualmie Valley
Once complete, the Snoqualmie Valley Health HUB will significantly expand ambulatory services for the region. The facility will support radiology, laboratory services, pharmacy, surgery, specialty clinics, infusion, and outpatient rehabilitation for both adult and pediatric patients, with additional services planned for future phases.
The project also supports long‑term growth that is expected to nearly double Snoqualmie Valley Health’s staff by 2030, helping ensure expanded medical access in the community.
A Healthcare Facility Designed for Community Wellness
Beyond clinical care, the HUB is unique in that it is a community‑centered destination for health and wellness.
The north end of the building includes a physical therapy gym with a climbing wall, community meeting rooms, and a full‑service restaurant that celebrates local cuisine. Rather than being solely a medical facility, the HUB will serve as both a healthcare facility and a gathering place for the Snoqualmie Valley
