Hermanson Company is proud to announce that two projects we contributed to were recognized at the 2025 NAIOP Night of Stars, the largest Seattle NAIOP Night of Stars event to date.

• Ballard Spahr Lane Powell TI – People’s Choice Award
  Hermanson delivered HVAC and plumbing systems in collaboration with NBJJ, DPR Construction, and the project team. The office design reflects the firm’s 150-year history while creating a functional, modern workspace that supports collaboration and daily operations.

• Seattle Aquarium Ocean Pavilion – Judges’ Choice: Urban Impact
  Hermanson provided full mechanical design-assist for the 3-story Ocean Pavilion, which includes immersive exhibits, back-of-house support areas, and rooftop amenities. Working with with Turner Construction and PAE Consulting, we addressed unique and complex technical requirements, delivering solutions that support sustainability, enhance the visitor experience, and help the Pavilion achieve LEED Gold certification while targeting Living Future Zero Carbon certification.

The NAIOP Night of Stars, hosted annually by NAIOP Washington State, celebrates excellence in commercial real estate development, construction, and design. Hermanson congratulates all project teams and partners involved and is proud to have contributed to these award-winning projects.
