The NAIOP Night of the Stars Awards celebrate the region’s most outstanding commercial real estate development projects. Each nomination represents the dedication and teamwork of owners, developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and trade partners who come together to make these projects possible.

The nomination process runs from June to July, with finalists announced in September. Project teams present to a panel of judges in the fall, and winners will be revealed at the Night of the Stars Gala in November.
