Hermanson Company officially launched our 2025 Summer Internship Program this week with an on-site Kick-Off event welcoming the new interns.

The interns began their summer journey with a tour of Hermanson’s Shops, introductions to company leadership, and an overview of the internship experience ahead. The Kick-Off is designed to help interns get familiar with our culture, understand our work, and build connections across departments.

Throughout the summer, the interns will rotate through multiple teams, working with professionals across different departments, ranging from project management to finance, estimating, and more. With real-world projects, mentorship, and training, the program reinforces Hermanson’s commitment to building the next generation of tradespeople.
