Hermanson Company is proud to share that our CEO, Rick Hermanson, has been named a 2026 Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame Laureate by Junior Achievement of Washington.

This honor recognizes leaders whose careers reflect visionary leadership, a commitment to economic development, and a lasting impact on business and nonprofit communities across Washington state.

Junior Achievement is a nonprofit organization focused on preparing young people for future economic success by connecting them to real‑world learning and career opportunities.

Rick is deeply committed to creating and building the next generation. Through his involvement with Junior Achievement and his support of various early-career development programs that introduce students to careers in the skilled trades, he has focused on creating pathways for young people to explore opportunity and discover their potential.

This recognition reflects not only Rick’s leadership, but the values that guide how Hermanson Company shows up for its people, partners, and communities.

Rick will be formally recognized at the Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame event on April 28, 2026.
