Michael Cappetto

As Account Executive, Michael Cappetto is responsible for developing and maintaining new client relationships with building owners. He prepares and proposes complex maintenance plans for various environments and customers and provides on-demand service for critical equipment in data centers, communication centers, and telecom systems.  

Michael works closely with clients to better understand the challenges with their mechanical systems to develop solutions to resolve those challenges. Michael’s goal is for Hermanson to be the number one trusted partner and recognized expert in the mechanical industry and the preferred partner to do business with. He believes accountability and transparency are the keys to achieving this goal.
