Troy Harrel

After working in the high-stress environment of the United States Submarine Force for over 30 years, where Safety is the #1 objective in daily operations, Troy has become a highly safety-oriented individual. As our Washington Regional Safety Supervisor, Troy provides leadership & expertise to ensure Hermanson Company utilizes the most effective training, equipment, and work methods to plan, direct, support, and inspire employees in achieving a zero-incident work environment throughout the company. He coordinates and oversees job site safety activities and implements the site safety plan. He works closely with Hermanson team members and subcontractors to meet safety performance expectations.
