Being courageous enough to lead and humble enough to admit mistakes is the attitude that has earned Hermanson’s Service Foreman, Jimmy Hoettel, the respect of his peers.

Jimmy was introduced to the trades by an uncle who worked as a building engineer. After taking a tour of the HVAC system at a downtown Seattle high-rise, Jimmy signed up with Local 66. He began his apprenticeship in 2006 and has been involved in the service sector ever since.

In his role as CEO, Hermanson will focus on identifying opportunities and preparing the company for future growth.

Hermanson Fitting Foreman, Kevin Mireles, believes the most important part of his job is making sure his crew is safe and everyone makes it home safely to their families at the end of the day.

After ten years in the Army and three combat deployments in Iraq, Kevin appreciates a safe working environment. He is grateful for the commitment that Hermanson makes to prepare, train and equip their workers and knows that he would be supported in stopping work if conditions were unsafe.
