Supporting HMSE Camps Across North America

During the event, volunteers packed more than 600 tool bags, which are now headed to HMSE camps across the U.S. and Canada. These kits support hands-on learning and help introduce students to careers in the mechanical, electrical, and sheet metal trades.

A Growing Program with Lasting Impact

Hermanson began its involvement with HMSE in 2021, partnering with Western Allied to help pilot the first HMSE camp at Hermanson Company. Since then, the program has grown significantly, with more than 50 camps now operating throughout North America. HMSE continues to play an important role in exposing students to career opportunities in the skilled trades and supporting the next generation of industry professionals.
